Lamura means pure and organic wines, and is the quintessence of Sicily, one of the most ancient areas of the world where very old traces of wine production were found. This long tradition reveals that the biggest island of the Mediterranean sea, with volcanic soil and consistently bright sunshine, has the ideal condition for the production of organic wine grapes. Lamura wines are made exclusively from what mother nature offers. Casa Girelli is the 1st winery in the world to certify, through Blockchain, the entire process of cultivation and wine-making of an organic wine granting distinctiveness and autenthicity to each and every bottle of wine under the brand "Lamura".

Very fresh and crisp, with floral and tropical aromas on the nose.
Intense and harmonious on the palate, with hints of citrus fruit and a quite salty finish.
Ideal with seafood and white meats but also on its own.

Straw-yellow in colour, with greenish reflections.
Extremely characterful and expressive, with a distinctive floral bouquet on the nose.
Well rounded on the palate, but perfectly balanced by a refreshing acidity.
Ideal for any occasion.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are de-stemmed to eliminate any vegetal hints, then softly pressed. A static decantation of the must takes place at 9/10°C to better prepare the fermentation process. Fermentation lasts about 12 days at a controlled temperature, never exceeding 18 °C. The first racking, which takes place after the fermentation, eliminates the rough lees. The wine is then left on the fine lees in order to add structure and complexity.

Very fine and bright in colour.
On the nose has a peculiar and unmistakable red berry aroma.
Smooth and fresh on the palate, with an incredible drinkability.
Perfect with meat dishes but also on its own.
VINIFICATION: The grapes are generally de-stemmed and softly pressed. Only a small percentage (about 10%) are left intact with the stem during fermentation, to give more structure and complexity to the wine. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature and lasts about 19 days. Frequent remontages and delestages are carried out during fermentation in order to achieve soft extraction and concentration of aromas. After racking, malolactic fermentation increases stability and roundness of the wine.
